ASUS offers the ability for customers to arrange for the replacement of defective ASUS Server products.
You will need to provide your product serial number in order to complete this form Please take the serial number from your physical product to prevent any delays in processing your request for RMA.

If you have multiple products to RMA, please include the model, serial number, and problem for each product under the description box. Each RMA number can have up to 20 products.
